Payment Plans

At Coyote Midwifery, we are committed to making midwifery care accessible while ensuring the sustainability of our practice. To support this goal, we offer flexible payment plan options tailored to meet the financial needs of each family.

How Payment Plans Work

  1. Initial Deposit

    • A deposit is required to secure your spot on our care schedule. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the total cost of your care.

    • The deposit amount depends on the service chosen and will be discussed during your consultation.

  2. Monthly Payments

    • The remaining balance is divided into equal monthly payments, but may be customized to fit your budget.

    • Payment schedules typically align with the duration of your care, but can be extended if needed.

  3. Final Payment Due

    • All balances must be paid in full by 35 weeks of pregnancy for maternity care or by the time services are completed for non-maternity care (e.g., fertility support).

Extended Payment Options

If the standard payment plan options are outside your financial means, we are happy to discuss extended payment plans. These plans may allow smaller monthly payments spread out over a longer period.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Automatic Payments: To make the process easier, we encourage families to set up automatic payments through our secure system.

  2. Missed Payments: If a payment is missed, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options. Consistent communication ensures we can work together to resolve any challenges.

  3. Refund Policy: Payments already made are non-refundable. Please refer to our Financial Agreement for details on refunds and cancellations.

How to Set Up a Payment Plan

  • Discuss your needs with your midwife during your consultation to determine the best payment plan option for your circumstances.

  • Review and sign our Financial Agreement and the accompanying Payment Plan Addendum, which outlines your payment schedule and terms.

  • Provide your deposit to secure your place on our care schedule and activate your payment plan.
